What's covered: If your package is lost in transit by the carrier or arrives visibly damaged from shipping, we'll reship your decoration or refund you at no additional cost.
What's not covered: Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but the package isn't there, contact the carrier directly to file a claim — we're happy to give you the tracking details and shipment info you'll need. Also not covered: how the lamp works once you have it, which falls under the 30-Day Warranty below.
How to file a claim: Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of both the lamp and the shipping box.

What's covered: If your lamp won't light up, flickers, or has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace or refund it at no additional cost. We cover all return and replacement shipping in these cases.
What's not covered: Damage from drops, improper mounting, modified wiring, bulbs replaced outside the stated wattage, or normal wear over time. Change of mind isn't covered either — all sales are final except for the cases described here.
